Anshar Labs Acquires Dealer World to Expand Drivvr AI into Automotive Retail

Anshar Labs has acquired automotive marketing and dealer solutions provider Dealer World, integrating the business into its automotive technology subsidiary, Drivvr AI LLC, as the company expands its presence in the automotive retail software market.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings Dealer World’s 18 years of experience serving automotive dealerships into Anshar Labs’ portfolio of artificial intelligence-driven software businesses. Dealer World will continue operating as Drivvr AI’s automotive marketing platform while maintaining its existing client relationships, contracts, pricing.

As part of the transaction, Dan Moore has been appointed chief executive officer of Drivvr AI. Moore joined Dealer World three years ago after previously helping build VistaDash through two successful exits. In his new role, he will oversee Drivvr AI’s corporate strategy, product development and commercial operations.
Anshar Labs said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of combining artificial intelligence capabilities with businesses that have established customer relationships and industry expertise. The company believes the automotive retail sector presents significant opportunities for AI adoption as dealerships seek to streamline fragmented technology systems and improve customer engagement.
“Dealer World has built nearly two decades of trusted relationships with dealerships, creating a strong foundation for innovation,” said Pinaki Saha, founder and chief executive officer of Anshar Labs. “By combining that market presence with our engineering capabilities, we believe we can deliver AI solutions that address real operational challenges for automotive retailers.”
Dealer World was founded 18 years ago by Troy Spring, who developed the company into a full-service automotive marketing business serving dealerships across the United States. Spring will leave the company following completion of the acquisition.
Anshar Labs said Dealer World’s customer-facing teams will continue operating without disruption under the Drivvr AI organization, ensuring continuity for existing dealership clients

Moore said the combined business aims to develop AI-powered solutions that help dealerships improve customer response times, operational efficiency and sales performance.
“The automotive retail industry has an opportunity to benefit from technology that better connects dealership operations and customer interactions,” Moore said. “Combining Dealer World’s industry knowledge with Anshar Labs’ engineering capabilities positions us to develop practical AI solutions that address the needs of dealers.”
